About QuickHeic

QuickHeic is a browser-based image conversion site focused on privacy, speed, and simple workflows for common image formats.

What QuickHeic does

QuickHeic helps you convert HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG, and Base64 formats directly in your browser. The goal is to make everyday image tasks faster without forcing users through sign-ups, desktop installs, or remote upload queues.

The current product is intentionally focused on a small set of common image workflows, especially the conversions people need when moving files between phones, browsers, design tools, email, and CMS platforms.

Privacy-first approach

Whenever possible, file processing happens locally in the browser. That means your images stay on your device during conversion instead of being sent to a remote conversion server.

This approach works especially well for users who need quick one-off conversions and want a simpler, more private workflow than traditional online converters.

Why this project exists

QuickHeic started from a very practical problem: HEIC files from iPhone photos are efficient, but they are still awkward in many browser, email, CMS, and Windows workflows. Many online converters solve that issue by forcing uploads, which adds waiting time and raises privacy concerns for personal or work-related images.

The site is designed to keep the workflow straightforward. You should be able to open the page, add files, choose the right output format, and download the result without accounts, confusing upsells, or extra installation steps.

Who this site is for

QuickHeic is built for people who regularly handle image files in practical workflows: iPhone users exporting HEIC photos, marketers preparing upload-friendly JPG images, designers rasterizing SVG assets, and developers converting images to Base64 data URLs.

We keep the interface lightweight so the site stays useful as a tool first, while still adding enough guidance to explain when each format makes sense.
